Cancellations

IABOX Limited reserves the right to cancel the event up to five days prior to the first day of the conference. Registrants will be promptly notified and will receive a full refund or be transferred to an equivalent event of their choice within a 12-month period. IABOX Limited will not be responsible for travel expenses or any other costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellations. IABOX Limited also reserves the right to change the event venue, date and schedule with prior notice.

Ticket Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund on your ticket, notification must be given at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. After this time refunds cannot be given.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to friends or colleagues, but notification is required at least 15 days before the date of the event. After this time tickets cannot be transferred.

Access Requirements

If you have any special access requirements (such as wheelchair access), please notify us when you register so that we can do our best to accommodate you on the day.

Photography and Quotes

By attending the event, you automatically give us permission to publish any photography taken at the event or to use any quotes given on our feedback forms for the marketing of future events.

Speakers

In exceptional circumstances, IABOX limited reserves the right to change the event speakers without prior notice. In this situation, every effort will be made to ensure suitable replacements are found.
